Refund Policy - the basics

At 55 Auto Sales and Repair Inc., we believe in full transparency with our customers. As part of our commitment to clear business practices, we provide the following refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds on any of the following:

Vehicle sales (including rebuilt or clean title vehicles)

Automotive services, repairs, or diagnostics

Parts, labor, or any custom orders

Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final and non-refundable. All vehicles are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Customer Responsibility
We encourage all customers to:

Inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase

Ask questions about services and pricing in advance

Review vehicle title status and documentation

Request a test drive or third-party inspection if desired

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts the condition and nature of the service or product provided.

 Warranty or Return Exceptions
We do not offer warranties or return options unless specifically included in a signed service agreement or vehicle sale contract.
